Unlock the full potential for your property

Concept development is paramount to the success of selling, renting or leasing your property and we are committed to providing you a comprehensive solution to achieve your goals. Our team goes the extra mile to thoughtfully consider every aspect of your project, creating captivating CGI concepts that exceed your expectations and make a lasting impression on potential buyers.

The process:

Site Photos

The client provides a floor plan or photo references, including preferred angles, in advance to assess the project's feasibility. Clear photos of the existing structure or building serve as references for measurement. The timeline for the project will be determined after reviewing the provided floor plan and reference photos.

Mood Boards

Mood boards set the project's style by showcasing materials, textures, and colors. They help clients review and adjust the design early, ensuring it meets their expectations, and keep both the client and our team aligned on the project's look and feel.

Modeling

While awaiting client feedback on the mood board, our designers create a detailed 3D model of the building using the photo and floor plan to ensure accurate measurements. We then check these measurements, adjust the camera angles to test compositions, and add real light sources, such as  sunlight and supporting lights, to match the project's mood and concept.

Clay Render

We began by performing a test render in clay with real lighting, excluding furniture and decorations to ensure a clear visual and address any visible errors. Additionally, we established camera angles based on the client’s brief to align with their specifications.

Composition

The process starts with the precise placement of the main furniture, a crucial step to ensure the composition aligns perfectly with the camera angle. Once the scene is set, we focus on adding accessories to enhance the space's functionality and aesthetic.

Texturing and Details

To achieve exceptional realism, our designers carefully applied textures and adjusted lighting to highlight every detail. We also made necessary changes to furniture and accessories based on client feedback, setting the stage for final refinements.

Revisions Round

During the revision rounds, we fine-tuned every detail and adjusted textures and lighting to ensure a perfect finish. We offered three rounds of revisions to make sure everything was flawless. Before finalizing, we encouraged detailed client feedback to ensure the final result exceeded expectations.

Post Production

Once final image processing began, post-production was crucial for achieving the result through color correction. We focused on creating high-quality renders with added visual effects and enhancements for a polished finish. The final images were delivered to the client in stunning 5K resolution.
